AND MINIMUM OF COPPER CARD CERTIFICATION: CREDENTIALS MUST BE WORN.

Thursday night weigh-in at your practice site.

**random weigh-ins on Saturday with 4% allowance: morning session at 8:30 AM,  afternoon session at 1:30PM.

11 AM on Friday 1-10-03

Team Entry Form

Rules for teams awards will be the following:

     Open wrestlers only will qualify.

     Coaches pick their “team“ of 10 wrestlers, complete this form and fax it in with individual entries form.

     Only one weight class/division per wrestler will be considered for team awards.  Specify below.

     Only one team entry per club.

     The teams with the most pins will win in the event of a tie in points.

Points to be awarded as follows:

     1st   - 10 points

     2nd - 8 points

     3rd   - 6 points

     4th   - 3 points

Team Trophies will be awarded for places 1, 2 and 3.
