RULES

1. Registration $25. No refunds due to weather or of any kind.
2. Entry fees and forms must be in by deadline. (November 15, 2004)
3. Birth Certificates must be available upon request.
4. Headgear, Singlets & Taped Shoelaces required for ALL divisions- ALL Wrestlers
5. Wrestlers must make weight entered or not wrestle
6. Wrestlers must weigh-in wearing competition singlet Only! No strip downs allowed
7. Enforced 2 coaches per corner on the mat. No parents at mat side without coaches card
8. Bouts may not start with out each wrestler being represented by a coach. Unless referee and table workers have verbal permission from a coach or club representative.
9. When 12 points ahead, the match is terminated. 15 minute rest between matches unless waived by both wresters
10. Judgment protests cannot occur; all protest must be made before finals to the head table. Tournament directors will settle disputes due to mistakes.
11. Flagrant misconduct can occur before, during or after a match and is any act considered by the official to be serious enough to disqualify a contestant from the match and any additional wrestling in the tournament. It would include, but is not limited to, intentional biting, striking, butting, elbowing, or kicking an opponent. Cursing officials or referees by contestants, coaches, or parents will not be tolerated and will be treated as flagrant misconduct. Flagrant misconduct will be penalized without warning.
