Female Junior Nationals: July 18th- July 26th 2003 Fargo North Dakota

Age Group Eligibility: Current Junior Policy
Weight Classes: 95, 101, 110, 119, 128, 138, 150, 165, 175, (modified FILA Female Junior World weight classes)
Rules: Per FILA with USAW modifications
Eligibility: Three per weight for a total of 27 competitors with no more than four per weight can be entered. Eligibility will be based on the following criteria:
· Top 4 in the UIL state tournament
· Top 3 in USGWA state tournament
· Top 3 in the State freestyle tournament
· Previous Team Texas member, and
· Petition to Team Texas coaches.
Invitation letters will be sent out based on performance at qualifiers. You must submit petitions to team after State freestyle tournament and no later than July 7, 2003.
Awards: Same as current Junior National awards
Accommodations: Separate rooms to be designated female only.
BENEFITS and COST
· Team Texas (shorts, t-shirt, jacket and two singlets)
· National Team Camp (camp and room)
· National Championships (transportation, entry fees and room)
· Free access to regional training facilities and staff
Cost will be between $600 and $800. This is based on the number of girls we have competing and the travel expenses required. We’ll know more about the exact dollar amount, as we get closer to Nationals.
